When an order is placed in our system, all process routing, material requirements, time allocations and tool priorities are automatically generated.

This allows accurate costing and time estimates to be made in advance.

When manufacturing of components is due to begin, all raw materials and purchased components are ready, all tool pathways are programmed, and time is allocated on all required machines.

Our automated tracking system allows real time entry of order status throughout the manufacturing process. At any time we can query our system to determine the exact status of each component to be made.

Any issues that arise with the design of the part are immediately reflected in the part status so that on-time corrective action can be taken.

At any time an operator can call up any job details from the shop floor using dedicated touch screens, with all the latest information reflected in each job file. Last minute changes to design, routings, component inclusions or tool paths are automatically reflected in the query which minimises errors and unnecessary rework.
