At CBSM our Philosophy is to purchase the long term cost effective solutions which will place our customers and therefore our company ahead of the opposition.
To this end we have invested in the fully automated Finn Power FMS Punching and Shearing Cell.
This machine process "Sheets in a rack, into parts on a Stack" without the need for continuous operator interaction which enables us to run the machine through the night hours unmanned - "Genuine Lights out production".
The powerful free form programming system enables CBSM to fully utilise industry standard material sheet sizes by nesting multitudes of dissimilar parts together in the course of normal production.  |
