Salvagnini Performer Automated Panel Bender Capable of 10 bends/minute, maximum work length 1.8 metres, max height 127 mm. The bender automatically compensates for plastic deformation, allowing for material thickness, material properties and required bend profile. The rigid tools ensure the bent edge remains straight and constant along its entire length. Versatile tooling accommodates all types of sheet metal, including raw and prepainted work pieces, without damaging the surface. CNC Bending Custom Group deploy several CNC bending machines, the largest of which is a 4 metre 175 tonne press brake capable of folding 3.5 metre lengths of 5mm stainless steel.
